About
For more than 20 years, I led student success and operational initiatives at Georgia State University—one of the nation’s most recognized institutions for closing equity gaps and supporting diverse student populations. I’ve seen firsthand the practices, systems, and leadership needed to help institutions become places where all students can succeed.
I’ve also served as an expert advisor with GLG for nearly a decade, providing insights to investment firms and consultancies on higher education transformation.

The cardinal represents hope, renewal, and resilience. It’s also personal: my father was an entrepreneur, and since his passing, cardinals have been a meaningful presence in my life. This business honors his legacy.
